Winter Garden is located only 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando and is by the shores of Lake Apopka, the third largest lake in Florida.

Downtown Winter Garden
The "small town feel" makes Winter Garden a great place to call home. The Historic District takes you back to a time when the city was the center of the orange grove industry. It is now a great mix of old and new with streets lined with restaurants and cafes.

Plant Street Market is the local indoor market . The hub of the market is the Crooked Can Brewery with an onsite tap and tasting room that includes two bars and ample seating inside and out.
This all makes a great addition to the Downtown area which is constantly changing and upgrading to cater for the growing population of Winter Garden.
The Plant Street Market is already becoming a favorite hangout for local Winter Garden residents with it's warm and friendly atmosphere and lots of open space to move around inside. Vendors line both sides of the market, with mom & pop type kiosks on one side and food concessions on the other. The primary focus of the market is to provide healthy, local, hand-crafted products, and natural, organic food options.

Winter Garden has experienced a phenomenal rapid growth in the area in the past decade and this has led to the creation of Horizons West, a master planned community of homes surrounding the new township of Hamlin. At the center of this will be a shopping and dining experience to match all tastes.
Located on the shore of Lake Hancock, Hamlin will also have a cinema and lakeside living. Residents will even be able to dock their boats at the village Marina.
The development has been very carefully planned with conservation in mind. There are miles of walking and biking trails and golf courses, including Orange National.
